From Team Honor Wiki
Team Honor, or often called Clan "H" by the name of their tag, is an allied clan. The leaders are Sandino and Woogers. Their website is http://www.teamhonor.info. Team Honor currently has 42 members (as of December 27th, 2008). The clan's ranking system is based on one that Sandino (with other's help) made up. Team Honor was started in July of 2007, by »H« Durelle and later handed down to Sandino to continue.
Early History
Team Honor was originally created as a subset of [A27] by [A27]Durelle in 2006, who wanted to create his own clan. In July 2007, Team Honor and [A27] split but kept their strong friendship. The original two members of Team Honor were Durelle and Demon. Demon disappeared off the face of Halo around October 2007, and was never seen again. Due to Demon's inactivity, another early member of Team Honor, Stealth. One of the single most important events in the Clan's history since its formation occurred on August 19, 2007. This was the day that Naizuro joined the Clan. This moment would cause several cascading future events that would lead to dividing conflict and a coup d'etat. On September 16, Naizuro rose to Co-Leader status. Nine days later, Stealth left his Co-leadership to move on to other things. Over the period of the three months remaining in 2007, the clan experienced great growth. It was during this period that the two current leaders, Woogers and Sandino joined the team. On January 26, 2008, Durelle toned down his activity in the clan and temporarily left, giving the title of Leader to Sandino. Naizuro stopped being majorly active in the clan and began construction of a new group, The Photoshop Group, with Durelle. Xombrya was made Co-Leader, with Naizuro being standby Co-Leader. Several future influential members, such as Nero and Cannon Joined in the three months of stability following Sandino's appointment. Then, forty five days later, the peace was broken, in a electronic conflict with no casualties or injuries.
Civil War and Secession of >SS>
The first great existence crisis in Clan history was the brief Civil Conflict. On Tuesday, March 11, 2008, a major component of Team Honor followed Durelle and Naizuro in leaving the clan. The secession was prompted by an intense verbal argument between Sandino and Naizuro, in which the Co-Leader questioned the Leader's integrity. An exchange of electronic attacks on computers, Internet Connections, and the total erasure and lockout of the Team Honor forums by Naizuro followed. Naizuro attempted a coup d'etat, in which Naizuro tried to lock Sandino out of the Clan Website, and try to take control of the Clan; he failed in both, because Sandino outsmarted him. After that, it led to the splintering of the clan into two factions, Team Honor, the remains of which was formed of those who stayed in the clan, and the Silent Soldiers, those who revolted and departed. What once was the leadership of Team Honor had been destroyed, with only Sandino remaining of the pre-coup leadership. Woogers was elevated to Leader status, and Saytr was elevated to Co-Leader. Over time, members of >SS> were readmitted to the Union, starting with Pyrofox, and it was revealed the Naizuro was manipulating events so that he would be in control of the Clan at the end of events. Old conflicts were mended, and old friendships were restored.
Post-Incident Stability
In the two months since the incident, Naizuro has not been readmitted to the clan. The clan has doubled in size since the beginning of the year. The second great existence crisis was more drug out than the first. The first event in this chain occurred on April 4, 2008, when Nero and Cannon left to make their own clan "Sparta". They did not like the name, nor did they know how to run a clan, so they decided to merge with "Team Honor", to form Sparta Honor, so that they could learn how to run a clan from those who already had experience. Shortly after, Sandino broke the Sparta ties with Team Honor, and Sparta was left on their own once again. This was followed by a small period of electronic warfare, after which several members of "SH" were readmitted to Team Honor, because of the instability of the "Sparta Honor Clan" and the two groups headed on their own. It was, once widely believed that the Sparta Honor Clan collapsed, but recent evidence suggests contrary, with a SH Dedicated Server up at some times, usually with at least one SH member in it. On May 3, 2008, the current organizational system and rules were implemented. On June 4, 2008, this Wiki was created on their website, teamhonor.info. On July 2, »H« Woogers participated in the Halo Boom 2 summits to find solutions to the newly emerged HaloBoom2, which was widely adopted and implemented by one of the clan's worst enemies, Jon. The conflict with Jon has since been reconciled, and he has been reinstated into the clan as »H« Street. The clan continues to grow and serves as a role model for other Halo clans, despite small outbreaks of tension and conflict.
